This leadership role blends business development, project management, and office operations, requiring a driven individual who can grow client relationships, win new work, and deliver outstanding municipal civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be a respected technical professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is motivated to build and lead a high-performing local team.
